Harbor Travel Insurance is available in all states, except NY, AK, MD, and SD. Also, the Harbor Travel Insurance cannot insure destinations of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, South Sudan, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, and Venezuela. Countries whose citizens are restricted from buying the Harbor Travel Insurance plan: Canada and Australia.
